During the festive season, return deadlines are extended until 15/01/2026 for all orders placed between 19/11/2025 and 30/12/2025.
To return your parcel, you can submit a return request from the ‘My Orders’ section of your customer account by clicking on the relevant order and filling in the return form.
If you do not have a customer account, you can submit your return request directly via this link: https://www.balibaris.com/a/return.
Return by post: you will receive your return label by email, then you can prepare your parcel:
1. Items must be in their original packaging and with the label attached.
2. Insert your original invoice or delivery note into your parcel.
3. Print the shipping label and stick it on your parcel.
Take your parcel to a Chronopost collection point within 7 days. After this period, your return cannot be processed.
Balibaris will cover the return shipping costs once per order.
Return in store: you can return your items* to any Balibaris store (excluding department stores and outlets).
*Products from archive sales are only eligible for return by post.
