Guaranteed delivery under the Christmas treeMis à jour 15 days ago

Deliveries in France are guaranteed under the Christmas tree for orders placed no later than:

FRANCE

  • Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo): delivery time is 2 to 4 business days (or 1 to 2 business days after dispatch). Standard home delivery is free for orders over €200 in mainland France (or €6).

  • Express Home Delivery (Chronopost): delivery time is 1 to 2 business days (or 1 business day after dispatch). Any Express order placed before 10 a.m. is dispatched the same day and delivered the next day before 6 p.m.

  • Standard Pickup Point Delivery (Mondial Relay): delivery time is 4 to 9 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after dispatch). Pickup point delivery is free for orders over €150 in mainland France (or €4).

EUROPE

  • Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo International): delivery time is 4 to 7 business days (or 3 to 5 business days after dispatch). This delivery costs €6.50 (€6 for the United Kingdom and CHF 7 for Switzerland), depending on the destination, and is free for orders over €250 in Europe (from £250 for the United Kingdom and CHF 250 for Switzerland).

  • Express Home Delivery (DHL): delivery time is 3 to 6 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after dispatch). This Express delivery is available for selected European destinations and costs €12 (£12 for the United Kingdom and CHF 12 for Switzerland).

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE EUROPE)

  • Express Home Delivery (DHL): delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after dispatch). Delivery costs €12 and is free for orders over €250 (or over $300 for the United States).


Dispatch time is estimated at 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed before 12 p.m. is dispatched the same day (except Express orders placed before 10 a.m.).

Delivery times are provided by carriers for guidance only. Our teams will do their utmost to dispatch your orders on time so that you can receive your parcel before December 24th.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, but we will do our best to find solutions suited to your needs.
