To return your parcel from Metropolitan France, log in to your Balibaris account and go to "My orders". Click on the order concerned, click on "Make a return request" and fill in the return form. You will receive your Chronopost return label by e-mail.

To return your order from abroad, you can register a return request and complete this form : 
The shipping cost are at the buyer's expense. You will receive the shipping label on your email.
Items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and with the label. You must include the delivery note or invoice for your order in your package.
