Your parcel may be returned to us for various reasons, the most common of which is that the deadline for collecting your order has passed. 

If your parcel has been returned, simply send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and the new delivery address. 

We'll put your package back on track as soon as we receive it, with a lead time of 15 working days.
